Description
The GS Series combines a dedicated tube cutting control system, fiber laser processing and pneumatic tube clamping. Its plate-and-tube welded bed incorporates square tubes within the steel plate structure to support machine stability during production.
The dedicated cutting system coordinates automated control and cutting paths. A pneumatic precision chuck holds and positions the tube, while the selected loading configuration determines how material enters and leaves the machine.

Core Features
Despark-Developed Chain Loading
The semi-automatic version uses a chain loading system developed by Despark. Its stock capacity varies with tube dimensions, allowing loading requirements to be assessed against the buyer’s actual materials.
Reinforced Welded Bed Structure
The bed combines steel plates with internal square tubes. This plate-and-tube welded construction provides a stable structural foundation for tube cutting operations.
Precision Pneumatic Clamping
Pneumatic precision chucks hold and position the tube during processing. Chuck size and remnant requirements can be reviewed together when defining the machine configuration.
Four Laser Power Options
Available laser power options are 1500, 2000, 3000 and 6000 W. Selection should reflect the material, wall thickness and processing requirements rather than power alone.
Configurable Tube Handling and Motion
Optional follow-up loading and unloading racks, servo packages and avoidance mechanisms allow the equipment configuration to be matched to the intended handling process.
