Gantry Galvo Laser Welding Machine

Description
This CNC laser welding machine combines mechanical positioning with galvanometer-controlled beam movement. Within the configured scanning field, the galvo head directs the beam between weld locations, reducing the need to reposition the mechanical assembly for every individual point.
The CNC system supports programmable welding paths, including circular arcs and irregular trajectories. A rigid gantry provides the motion structure, while the water-cooled laser configuration supports the welding process. CCD weld magnification gives operators a closer view of the working area during setup and observation.
