Description

This handheld air-cooled laser welding machine brings together the laser source, controls and cooling system in a wheeled cabinet. Eliminating the water chiller removes cooling-water filling and water-circuit maintenance from the equipment setup.

The operator guides the 23T handheld welding head along the joint. The touchscreen provides access to preset welding parameters for different materials, while the documented single-wire feeder supports filler-wire delivery.

The handle and swivel casters help reposition the equipment between work areas. Its 10 m fiber provides flexibility when arranging the cabinet and workpiece, subject to the approved cable routing and operating conditions.
